CORONAVIRUS | Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham has acknowledged that a “breakdown in communication” is what led to a lack of social distancing during mass testing at Menara City One on Friday night. “There was (an) obvious breakdown in communication. “In the end, you have masses of people crowding the area and social distancing not being observed. “We need to improve on the implementation and follow our guiding principles,” he said when contacted after residents refuted his version of events. The top ministry official previously said that crowding was caused by residents who had shown up for testing even though they were not called for it.
