PETALING JAYA: Convenience stores and food outlets can now operate until midnight, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. He, however, added that 24-hour convenience stores or food outlets will no longer be allowed to operate around the clock, and have to close at midnight as well. The Senior Minister said the government received requests from restaurants, stalls and 24-hour convenience store operators who are currently only allowed to operate until 10pm.
