Today's planned charging of Sabah Infrastructure Development Minister Peter Anthony at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court has been postponed to July 10. This was due to the Warisan Melalap assemblyperson being warded for vertigo at the KPJ Kota Kinabalu hospital in Sabah yesterday. Before Sessions Court judge Rozina Ayob this morning, Peter's (above) counsel Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla said his client was initially supposed to take a 4.15pm flight from Sabah to Kuala Lumpur yesterday. However, Peter was then warded at the private hospital in Kota Kinabalu due to vertigo, he said.  Haniff said he was informed that Peter had been suffering from vertigo for some time and that the accused’s planned bailor is present.
