Other federal agencies are slated to operate from the UTC Pulau Pinang office in future as well. The agencies include the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), National Registration Department, Road Transport Department (JPJ), Tenaga Nasional Bhd, National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), Information Department, Women, Family and Community Development Ministry, Royal Malaysia Police and health clinic by the Health Ministry, Ministry of Entrepreneur Development, Public Services Commission and Jobs Malaysia.
