PARLIAMENT | A Sabah MP today read out text messages that purportedly proves that efforts are ongoing to entice state representatives to support Perikatan Nasional. Azis Jamman (Warisan-Sepanggar) said the messages were sent to Kota Belud MP Isnaraissah Munirah Majilis, and that a police report had been lodged over the matter. The text message read: "I have been instructed by number one to get in touch with you. Can we talk? I have an offer. "YB, Sabah is about to change hands. Don't waste the golden opportunity. Take my offer meet me today, I'm in Kuala Lumpur." Azis did not disclose who the message was from, or who "number one" referred to. "I hope the Home Minister will investigate this matter.
