Putrajaya will consider implementing a tier system of fines for those flouting the mask-wearing rule, said Deputy Health Minister Dr Noor Azmi Ghazali. “I have taken note of the proposal and the Health Ministry will bring the matter up during the Special Ministerial meeting," he said.
