Police investigations have revealed that Muhammad Riduan Abdullah, the ex-husband of Indira Gandhi, is no longer in the country, said the Home Ministry. Muhammad Riduan is in possession of the couple's youngest daughter Prasana Diksa, whom the Federal Court had ordered to be returned to the mother back in 2016. "Currently, based on police investigations, Muhammad Ridzuan (sic) is not in Malaysia, and does not stay in one place abroad, but moves from one place to another in an effort to prevent detection, and making it difficult for authorities to investigate," the Home Ministry said in a written reply yesterday. The ministry added that police were working with counterparts in neighbouring countries to pinpoint his location, and that he would be brought to face the law if he returns to Malaysia.
