Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief ACP Zulkefly Yahya said the 35-year-old suspect was arrested when he turned up at the Jalan Bandar police station yesterday afternoon. “After receiving a report on the incident, which went viral on social media, police summoned both drivers to the police station to lodge a report. “Both the individuals showed up at the Jalan Bandar police station,” he said when contacted last night.
