A last-minute decision to postpone the registration and orientation process for new public university students has sparked an outpouring of anger and frustration as many students have already arrived at their campuses and are now stranded.The Higher Education Ministry yesterday announced that it was recommending public universities to postpone any physical registration in favour of an online process amid a resurgence of Covid-19 outbreaks.
