COVID-19 | The government has further clarified exemptions granted to public and private sector workers in management and supervisory roles from a mandatory work from home order.The mandatory work from home order is in force starting tomorrow for areas under conditional movement control order (MCO) namely Sabah, Labuan, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.International Trade and Industry Minister Azmin Ali said a maximum of 10 percent of management and supervisory employees will be allowed to work in the office.This is for those whose duties include accounting, finance, administration, legal, planning, and IT.However, they are only allowed to be in the office for four hours, from 10am to 2pm, three days a week.Azmin said companies need not apply for exemptions but must issue letters for those allowed to work in the office during the conditional MCO period."Employers need…
