COVID-19 | The Health Ministry today announced that the mandatory quarantine period for travellers entering Malaysia from abroad as well as close contacts of Covid-19 patients will be reduced from 14 to 10 days.Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the decision was made following a review which was first announced on Dec 4.The decision was based on clinical data from across the globe, he added."To date, a number of countries have already revised their compulsory quarantine period.
