The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has suspended the "BermanaTV" parody Twitter account (@Bermanadotcon) which was found to be in violation of the community standards set by the social media platform.MCMC stated that the displays on the account have often confused the public as the parody resembles the name of national news agency Bernama.“MCMC appreciates the action taken by Twitter based on the complaints filed by MCMC."However, the suspension or deletion of the account is reactive and temporary.
