SUBANG JAYA: A man has been detained on suspicion of taking an upskirt video of a woman using a smartphone at a shopping mall here last Dec 31.Subang Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Abd Khalid Othman said the incident was believed to have taken place at 5pm on that day when a woman spotted the suspect behaving suspiciously."The suspect was carrying a paper bag which had a hole."The victim suspected the man had been taking an upskirt video of her.
