The police are investigating a politician from the east coast with a "datuk" title over an alleged sexual assault against a woman.Ampang Jaya district police chief Mohamad Farouk Eshak confirmed that a 48-year-old businessperson lodged a police report on March 16."The case is under investigation, and we are locating a witness involved (in the case)," he said in a statement today.Mohamad Farouk said the case is being investigated under Section 354 of the Penal Code for outraging modesty, and no arrest has been made as yet.
