Warisan is reportedly in talks with the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) about a potential tie-up ahead of the 15th general election (GE15).According to The Malaysian Insight, the discussions include a plan for Muda to help the Sabah-based party to expand into Peninsular Malaysia.The Registrar of Societies has previously turned down Muda’s bid to register as a political party.Muda co-founder Mutalib Uthman (above) was quoted as saying that online video calls with Warisan’s top leaders were held this week.“We are in discussion with Warisan to help the party become a national party and spread its wings to Peninsular Malaysia.“We don’t have a formal agreement yet, just initial discussions for us to find common ground to work together.“There may be issues that we can discuss and fight for together,” he told the news portal.According to Mutalib, Muda president Syed Saddi…
