PETALING JAYA: Parents and students have mixed feelings over the Education Ministry’s decision to abolish the Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) exam and cancel this year’s Form Three Assessment Examination (PT3).While some parents were annoyed after having made early preparations to ensure their children fared well in these exams, others wondered if their children would be able to cope in Form One later with the abolition of the UPSR.
