Police have brushed off a message that went viral stating that an officer from the Gerik police station died due to complications after receiving a second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.The message stated that Corporal Rakmin Yusoff, 58, died in Gerik Hospital's emergency unit after he was purportedly brought there around noon on April 3.In a response, Gerik police chief Zulkifli Mahmood said the officer was still alive and warded at a hospital in Taiping, Perak. "Not true. This is slander.
