The Ministry of Health (MOH) has urged Malaysians to consider “self-imposed” lockdown as authorities mull the possibility of even more movement curbs.In a tweet last night, the ministry proposed five steps to “self-imposed”, restrictions which Malaysians can take to prevent the spread of Covid-19.They are:1. Limit grocery shopping to once a week;2. Purchase fuel for a full tank when refuelling vehicles;3. Pray;4. Buy online where possible; and,5. Ensure zero visitors.The Health Ministry is currently dealing with an unprecedented number of Covid-19 patients who needed intensive care or ventilators.
