Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has announced that the emergency repair works for the burst pipe near the Ampang Point Flyover at Jalan Ampang were completed at 8.30pm last night and water supply to affected areas will fully return by tonight.“We have started to distribute water supply to the affected areas by the unscheduled water disruption in the Gombak region.“As of 7am, water supply recovery in the 41 affected areas has reached 34 percent. The water supply recovery period differs from one area to another according to the location and distance of consumers’ premises.“Water supply in all affected areas is expected to fully recover at 10pm today,” said Air Selangor corporate communications head Elina Baseri in a statement.She added that water tankers will continue to be mobilised in affected areas, with priority given to critical premises such as hospitals, di…
