The Health Ministry today reported 15,669 new cases as the Klang Valley reported a 4-day high in new cases.

As of yesterday, the R-naught was 0.98 for the whole country. A R-naught that is less than 1.00 suggests that the spread of Covid-19 was slowing down.

The only regions where the R-naught was less than 1.00 are Selangor, Sabah, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan, Putrajaya, and Kedah.
