The Johor State Health Department yesterday denied claims that lives were lost at the Sultan Ismail Hospital (HSI) here due to a power outage at the hospital on Wednesday night.State Health Department director Dr Aman Rabu (above) confirmed that there was a power supply disruption at 11.10pm on Wednesday. However, he said, the 'essential' power supply was still fully functional through generators.“The management would like to inform that there have been no deaths due to this power outage incident."Preliminary inspection has been carried out by the concessionaire, which found the 'air circuit breaker' had tripped.
