Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan will involve the admission of Standard 1, 2, and 3 primary school students on Nov 1, said the Education Ministry in a statement today.Form 3 and 4 students in secondary schools will also be admitted, it said.It explained this is in line with the transition from Phase 3 to 4 of the NRP for Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Selangor, and Malacca."Attendance for Standard 4, 5 and 6 primary school students, as well as those in remove classes, Form 1 and 2 for secondary school students, will begin on Nov 8,” it added.The Education Ministry said for states under Phase 3 of the NRP, preschool students and those with special needs will be allowed to attend:Sekolah Kebangsaan Pendidikan KhasSekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Pendidikan KhasSekolah Menengah Pendidikan Khas Vokasional, andProgram Pendidikan Khas Integrasi
