De facto Law Minister Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar's bill to amend the Federal Constitution will redefine the meaning of "the federation".According to MPs who attended Wan Junaidi's lunchtime briefings in Parliament yesterday, the bill seeks to amend Article 160(2), among others. Article 160(2) is a glossary of several expressions used in the Constitution.
