The four Melaka assemblymen should not be allowed to join PKR, even on the grounds of it being part of a political strategy, says Kedah PKR youth chief.PETALING JAYA: Kedah PKR Youth said they were against the four assemblymen who had a hand in the collapse of the Melaka government joining the party, following reports the quartet wanted to contest the state polls under the Pakatan Harapan (PH) banner.The wing’s chief Mohammed Firdaus Johari said he was confident that such a sentiment was shared by the public and the coalition’s supporters.The four, he said, should not be allowed to join PKR, whether they were invited or had applied to do so.“Even on the grounds that it is a political strategy, it (the four joining PKR) must be opposed,” he said in a statement tonight.
