The PAS working committee chaired by party president Abdul Hadi Awang has decided to reappoint a number of high-profile leaders who were defeated in the PAS leadership election earlier this month.The party announced that Mohd Zuhdi Marzuki, who had unsuccessfully challenged incumbent PAS vice-presidents Idris Ahmad, Mohd Amar Abdullah and Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, will be made a central committee member.Likewise, Nik Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz and Khairuddin Aman Razali, who failed to make the cut in the party election, will also be appointed as central committee members.The trio was known as being favourable towards PAS cooperating with Umno, a position that goes against Hadi's stand.
