CORONAVIRUS | Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the praise heaped on him by China Global TV Network (CGTN) was a reflection of the nation's collective effort in handling the Covid-19 outbreak. "It is not a recognition of my (work) but the nation collectively," Noor Hisham said during his daily press conference today. Noor Hisham said this when asked about CGTN ranking him alongside director of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Dr Anthony Fauci and New Zealand's director-general of health Dr Ashley Bloomfield. CGTN praised them for being trustworthy, forthright and having a calm approach in leading the battle against Covid-19 in their respective countries.
