He said 15 of them had taken part in contact sports, 12 were detained in pubs or nightclubs and 50 others were caught for breaching SOPs. Thirteen were remanded by police while the other 64 were fined, he said in a statement. Ismail said 1,171 Malaysians returned yesterday from Indonesia, Singapore, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, China, Pakistan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the Philippines.
