Former PAS information chief Nasruddin Hasan.PETALING JAYA: PAS’ Nasruddin Hasan has been appointed as chairman of the Islamic Propagation Foundation of Malaysia, or Yadim. He replaces Nik Omar Nik Abd Aziz who resigned yesterday. Nik Omar, the son of the late PAS spiritual adviser Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat was appointed in 2018. His tenure was supposed to end in December. Nasruddin’s appointment was confirmed by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in charge of Islamic affairs Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri.
