-NSTP/Courtesy of FB @prolintas KUALA LUMPUR: An oil spill from an accident involving two lorries left thousands of motorists stuck in a 4-kilometre crawl at KM15.9 (northbound) on Guthrie Highway, this evening.The highway concessionaire, Prolintas Expressway Sdn Bhd in a statement, said, in the 4.30pm incident the lorry laden with sand had crashed into a palm oil tanker, causing a leakage and subsequent oil spill across all three lanes.Due to safety reasons, the highway management activated a contingency protocol by redirecting traffic by opening a contraflow lane on the opposite lane."The northbound lanes are temporarily closed for clearing and cleaning works.
