(Facebook pic)PETALING JAYA: A lorry-driver was fined RM5,500 today for kicking and threatening a management committee member after losing his temper when asked to park his car properly at Kota Damansara flats.Syed Mohamad Nizam Syed Hussein, 46, had been charged with injuring Muhammad Khairul Anwar Khairuddin, 40, by kicking him in the body.The father of four was also charged with causing mischief by damaging the apartment’s security barrier, and with threatening Khairul.The offences were committed at an apartment building at Kota Damansara at 11.30am on Nov 2, 2019. Syed Mohamad Nizam, who was unrepresented, pleaded for a minimum sentence as he had to support his family and regretted his actions. He paid the fine. - FMT
