Police are tracking down a local man after he allegedly made a seditious, racist and insulting statement against the royal institution and the government, which went viral on social media on Friday.Bukit Aman Criminal Investigations Department (CID) director Abd Jalil Hassan said the police are looking for an individual known as N.
